4. Payments

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Property Access and Responsibility

Customers must provide safe and clear access to the work area.

Darrell’s Landscaping LLC is not responsible for:

  • Damage to underground utilities not marked by the property owner

  • Unmarked irrigation systems

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by acts of nature

Customers are responsible for notifying us of underground lines, septic systems, or other hidden hazards.

6. Weather and Delays

Outdoor services are weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Emergencies

We will communicate scheduling changes as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darrell’s Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
